Narxoz College Team Building – Oi-Qaragai 2026

On May 8, 2026, a team-building event for the college staff was organized at the Oi-Qaragai recreation area. The main purpose of the event was to strengthen internal communication, develop teamwork, and create an informal environment for colleagues to connect.

Throughout the day, employees participated in team games and outdoor activities. The rope park activities, dancing, games, and friendly team competitions created a special atmosphere, helping participants become even more united and enjoy time together outside the work environment.

During the team-building event, colleagues cooked sirne and шашлык together, communicated in a relaxed setting, and spent the evening enjoying meaningful conversations. Tea and desserts were also arranged for the participants, adding warmth and comfort to the event.
