The graduate must be ready for law enforcement and law enforcement activities as a lawyer in positions that do not provide for mandatory higher legal education: legal adviser, passport office specialist, junior investigator, inquirer, HR specialist, notary assistant, lawyer, etc. in state and local government bodies, as well as in various organizations (enterprises), regardless of their organizational and legal forms.

2. The objects of professional activity are:

• courts, bailiff departments,
• notary offices, tax authorities, justice
• departments, internal affairs and prosecutor’s offices, local and administrative bodies,
• enterprises, institutions, public associations

3. Types of professional activity.

organizational and legal – implementation of the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other normative acts in the course of organizational, industrial and other types of activities; monitoring compliance with legislation, legal advice; assistance to individuals and legal entities within the established limits in protecting their rights and legitimate interests; organizational and managerial – implementation of organizational and managerial functions in state bodies authorities, in local government bodies; informing citizens and officials about the provisions of laws and other regulations, dissemination of legal knowledge.

4. The graduate’s qualification is a lawyer.
