Guest lecture: “From graduate to professional: the first steps to a successful career“ On November 3, Narkhoz College hosted a guest lecture on “How to find a job for a young specialist, how to create the perfect resume and what to look for when choosing a company.“ The lecture was conducted by Yesengeldy Aiganym Nurlanovna, a UIB graduate and HR Director of NKB. Aiganym Nurlanovna shared with the students valuable tips on how to successfully start a career, competently compose a resume and prepare for an interview. The speaker paid special attention to what qualities employers are looking for in young professionals, as well as how to choose a company where they can realize their potential and develop professionally. The students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions and received practical recommendations from the real-life experience of an HR specialist. The lecture was held in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere, leaving the participants with a lot of useful knowledge and motivation for future career achievements.
