Strategic Session Held at Narxoz College: Advancing Marketing and Educational Product Development, Strengthening University Integration


A strategic session was held at Narxoz College with the participation of marketing and project development expert Daniyar Kosnazar. The session was aimed at defining the next stage of the college’s institutional development and elevating its marketing system to a new qualitative level.

The session brought together representatives from the academic department, marketing team, as well as marketing expert and lecturer Aigerim Kabysheva. This multidisciplinary composition enabled a comprehensive and systematic approach to discussions.

During the session, key directions for the development of educational products and the enhancement of marketing strategy were thoroughly explored. The primary focus was placed on strengthening institutional positioning, structuring the applicant acquisition funnel, and increasing the value of educational offerings. In addition, participants analyzed the competitive landscape, applicant behavior patterns, and the effectiveness of digital channels.

A comprehensive review of existing marketing and operational processes was conducted, identifying high-potential growth areas. This approach allowed for a strategic reassessment of the college’s marketing activities.

Particular attention was given to strengthening collaboration between the college and the university. Key areas identified included improving the continuity of educational programs, aligning applicant engagement systems, and implementing joint marketing initiatives. These steps will contribute to building a cohesive and continuous educational trajectory within the Narxoz ecosystem.

As a result, a set of concrete decisions and action steps aimed at strengthening marketing and product strategy was developed. The outlined measures are designed to systematically enhance the college’s performance, improve the quality of education, and ensure long-term sustainable growth.
