Narxoz College Conducts Career Guidance in Schools of Atyrau and Aktau

From April 6 to 10, 2026, Narxoz College will conduct an off-site career guidance program in schools in the cities of Atyrau and Aktau. During the visit, the college team will work directly in classrooms with students of grades 9–11.
The program is designed as direct interaction with students in their learning environment. Meetings are held in-person, without remote formats, and aim to provide practical understanding of professions, labor market requirements, and possible educational trajectories.
During the career guidance sessions, participants will receive applied information about in-demand fields such as marketing, IT, finance, law, and others. The sessions will cover the essential skills required to enter a profession and how to plan a career path after school.
Special attention is given to the Narxoz College educational model. Students are shown how the learning process is structured, how practice is integrated from the first year, and how the transition from education to the first job is organized. The “college – work – university” trajectory, including the possibility to transfer directly to the third year of university, is also presented.
Additionally, students are introduced to internship opportunities, partner companies, and career prospects after graduation.
The program aims not just to provide general information but to help students develop a clear understanding of the decisions they need to make now and how to build their path toward the chosen profession.
